Liquid Roof is a true EPDM rubber and therefore could be described as a liquid version of the single ply EPDM membrane which has established an outstanding performance record of over 30 years. The components of Liquid Roof/Liquid Rubber have two unique features not found in any other rubber. First, it is unaffected by ultraviolet and ozone, and second, it can tolerate continuous exposure at temperatures over 300 degrees F and minus 40. The latter feature is also what gives EPDM rubber the best aging properties [retains flexibility longer] of all the elastomers.
